  Trunk orthosis with an anterolateral closure for improved fit fabricated from lightweight breathable material. The frontal section of the belt consists of semi-rigid vertical stays combined with dense elastic foam which contours to the abdomen. The rear section features four rigid steel stays for effective control and enhanced lumbosacral support.

  Features a dual tension system which incorporates four semi-rigid straps to control abdominal volume and two further unidirectional stretch elastic bands with finger loops, which serve to compress the soft tissue in the oblique anteroposterior direction to help facilitate the lifting of the abdomen.
