This orthosis includes a trunk belt and two thigh supports, connected by elastic straps that generate rotational forces. These forces encourage lower limb abduction and external rotation, leading to improved posture and mobility. The belt and thigh supports are made from soft velour and secured with front Velcro straps. Additionally, internal silicone dots prevent the orthosis from shifting during movement.
