The Star Brace® Sternal Attachment is a modular accessory that upgrades the Star Brace® Rigid Corset LSO into a semi-TLSO configuration by adding targeted anterior support at the sternum. This attachment offers an effective solution for patients who require enhanced postural control.

Designed for seamless integration, the sternal plate connects directly to the base brace using pre-aligned plate connection points. By discouraging forward flexion, it assists in upper spine realignment and promotes upright posture. Unlike a full TLSO, this lightweight option reinforces anterior stability without compromising mobility or comfort.
