What is the Bio Advanced Full Length Insole designed for?
It is a structured full-length EVA orthotic designed to provide support through the heel, arch and forefoot. It may be useful where greater structure is required than a simple flat cushioning insole.

Can it be used for plantar fasciitis?
It may form part of a wider management approach for plantar fasciitis where structured arch and rearfoot support is appropriate. What is the difference between Low and Medium Density?
Low Density (A40) provides a softer, more accommodative feel. Medium Density (A60) is firmer and provides greater resistance to compression. The most suitable option depends on the support required, footwear and individual tolerance.

Is a High Density version available?
Not on this current Full Length product listing. The selectable options are Low Density and Medium Density.

Can the orthotic be customised?
Yes. The EVA can be heat moulded, ground or trimmed, and the supplied self-adhesive components allow further adjustment. More significant modifications are best carried out by a trained healthcare professional.

Will the Bio Advanced fit inside any shoe?
No. It is a full-length structured orthotic and requires footwear with enough internal depth and space. Removing an existing removable shoe liner may provide additional room where appropriate.

Can I trim the insole to fit my footwear?
Minor trimming may be possible where required, but take care not to alter the functional contours of the orthotic. If substantial modification is needed, professional fitting is preferable.

Does the Bio Advanced cure flat feet or plantar fasciitis?
