This ¾ length insole features a neutral heel cup that offers reliable rearfoot control while preserving space in the toe box—making it highly compatible with a wide variety of footwear. Clinicians can choose between low and medium arch heights to match individual anatomical needs. To maximise patient comfort and compliance, each Bio-Mex includes a full-length, self-adhesive EVA top cover that cushions the foot and absorbs shock. Furthermore, practitioners can fully customise the orthotic through heat moulding, grinding, and the use of included adhesive components, enabling quick chairside adjustments and tailored treatment plans.
