Low-Profile Neoprene Construction — The Patella Extra Knee Brace is a low-profile neoprene knee support designed to provide targeted support around the kneecap. Internal Patella Buttress — Provides focused medial or lateral pressure around the kneecap according to how the support is positioned, allowing more targeted patella support than a simple compression sleeve. Breathable Neoprene — Provides compression and warmth around the knee, while the large popliteal opening behind the joint helps reduce bunching and allows the knee to bend more freely during everyday activity. Adjustable Hook-and-Loop Fastening — Allows the fit and compression level to be adapted around the knee. Bilateral Design — Can be worn on either knee. Six sizes are available from X Small to 2X Large based on knee circumference. Suitable For — May be used where additional patella support has been recommended for patellar instability, recurrent subluxation or kneecap tracking problems. Important — If kneecap instability is recurrent, follows a significant injury, or is associated with locking, substantial swelling or repeated giving way, professional assessment is recommended.
