How do I choose the correct size?
Measure around the knee according to the size guide. Do not rely on normal clothing size, and do not automatically choose a smaller size to create more compression.

Can it be worn on either knee?
Yes. The Patella Extra Knee Brace is bilateral and can be worn on either the left or right knee.

Can I wear it during exercise?
