The Venum® Semi Rigid TLSO is a highly adaptable thoracolumbosacral orthosis that provides exceptional control, compression, and comfort across a broad patient population. Thanks to its one-size-fits-all design, the brace adjusts effortlessly to accommodate body sizes ranging from Small to 3XL, making it a versatile solution for clinics and hospitals. Moreover, patients benefit from a single drawstring pulley system that enables quick, low-effort tightening—ideal for individuals with limited dexterity or arthritic conditions. This feature significantly enhances ease of use and promotes patient independence. In terms of support, the brace includes anatomically contoured anterior and posterior panels, which deliver targeted sagittal control and intracavitary compression. As a result, it effectively stabilises the spine from the lumbosacral region up to the T9 vertebra.

Indications for Use

Post operative and post trauma. Fractures to the thoracic and lumbar spine. Spinal ligament instabilities, metastasis with secondary spinal instability, osteoporosis, spondylolysis, osteomyelitis, transverse-myelitis, degenerative disc disease, herniated disc, chronic muscular diseases with secondary spinal instability/postural changes. Extended posterior panelling and adjustable thoracic sternal pad allows for mid spine stabilisation and improved sagittal support.
